Windows on upper floors require additional time and equipment and are priced accordingly — all explained clearly during your free on-site quote. No surprises, no pressure.

Yes — higher floors require more time, longer equipment, and additional safety considerations. Second floor windows are priced at a moderate premium over first floor, and third floor windows higher still. I explain the full breakdown during your free on-site quote so there are no surprises.

We offer two levels of exterior service:

Signature Detail Clean — for first-time customers or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned recently. A thorough deep clean of glass, frames, sills, tracks, and seals using our purified water fed pole system. Gets your windows to their best possible condition.

Signature Refresh — for returning customers on a regular schedule. Keeps your windows consistently looking their best with the same attention to detail, available once you've had your initial Signature Detail Clean.

Screens and hard water removal are available as add-ons and priced separately.

Yes — interior cleaning includes the glass and tracks on the inside. Interior cleaning is quoted separately from exterior and can be added to any service. Most customers choose exterior-only for routine maintenance and add interior cleaning once or twice a year.

Yes — screen cleaning is available as an add-on to any window cleaning service. We carefully remove each screen, wash it, and reinstall it. Screens collect significant dust and pollen that blocks airflow and light — clean screens make a noticeable difference alongside clean glass.

Those white spots are calcium and mineral deposits from Florida's hard water. They're left behind every time water touches your windows — from rain, irrigation systems, or humidity. Regular glass cleaner can't dissolve them. You need a specialist treatment that chemically breaks down the mineral bonds.

We offer hard water removal as an add-on service. In severe cases where deposits have etched into the glass surface, we assess the damage and discuss realistic expectations during the free on-site quote.
